Dear Customers,

Upon your request, "Gladzor UCO" CJSC will provide copies of documents containing information defined by Part 3 of Article 20 and Part 2 of Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Banks and Banking Activities", Part 3 of Article 14.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Credit Organizations", as well as documents that are not considered mandatory by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Banks and Banking Activities" and/or do not constitute banking or commercial secrecy.

The above-mentioned information will be provided to you within 3 (three) working days from the moment of receiving your written application, free of charge, via the customer's preferred method.

According to the RA Law "On Financial System Mediator", a physical person, as well as an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity considered a micro-business entity according to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia, has the opportunity to submit claims arising from a transaction concluded between them and a financial organization to the Financial System Mediator. "Gladzor UCO" CJSC has signed an agreement waiving the right to challenge the decisions of the Financial System Mediator.

The Office of the Financial System Mediator is designed to resolve property disputes arising between customers and financial organizations.
