Dividends
The procedure for dividend payment is defined by the Charter of "Gladzor UCO" CJSC (Section 5).
The General Meeting adopts the decision on dividend payment by a simple majority of votes of the voting share owners participating in the meeting.
Based on the decision made by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 06.04.2026, a dividend of AMD 130 million will be paid to shareholders in the current year from the retained earnings of 2025.
Based on the decision made by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 04.04.2025, a dividend of AMD 130 million will be paid to shareholders in the current year from the retained earnings of 2024.
Based on the decision made by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 02.04.2024, a dividend of AMD 140 million will be paid to shareholders in the current year from the retained earnings of 2023.
Based on the decision made by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 04.04.2023, a dividend of AMD 120 million will be paid to shareholders in the current year from the retained earnings of 2018-2019.
Based on the decision made by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 24.03.2022, a dividend of AMD 120 million will be paid to shareholders in the current year from the retained earnings of 2018.
Each participant who holds 2% or more of the allocated voting shares (shareholding, stakes) of "Gladzor UCO" CJSC has the right to receive the information defined by Parts 4 and 5 of Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Banks and Banking Activities". The above-mentioned information is provided FREE OF CHARGE via the participant's preferred method within three working days upon receiving the written application.
