ANNOUNCEMENT OF A TENDER FOR THE SELECTION OF AN INDEPENDENT AUDIT FIRM

Gladzor Universal Credit Organization CJSC announces a tender for the selection of an audit firm to conduct an independent external audit of the Company's operations and annual financial statements for 2026.

Audit firms meeting the following criteria are eligible to participate in the tender:

1 ․ They are not subject to any of the restrictions set out in Part 4 of Article 15 of the RA Law “On Auditing”.

2․ They are members of a specialised structure as defined by the RA Law “On Regulation of Accounting and Auditing and Public Oversight”.

3․ They have at least 3 years of professional experience in providing audit services (this requirement may not apply to internationally recognised audit firms).

4. They ensure that the auditor responsible for conducting the audit:

• is a member of a specialised structure;
• has at least 3 years of experience in auditing financial and credit institutions;
• holds an auditor qualification issued by a specialised structure and/or an international accounting or auditing qualification certificate (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIA, etc.).

Tender participants are required to submit technical and financial proposals.

The technical proposal must include:

1.A description of the services to be provided;

2.The timeframe for conducting the audit and submitting the audit opinion;

3.A list of financial and credit institutions audited during the previous reporting year;

4.The names, professional qualifications, experience and number of specialists involved in the audit, including the engagement team leader;

5.Any other information that the participant considers relevant to demonstrating the quality of the services to be provided.

The financial proposal must include:

1. The total cost of the audit (including all applicable taxes and expenses);

2.The payment method and terms.

Submission of proposals:

Tender submissions must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the office of Gladzor Universal Credit Organization CJSC at: Premises No. 42, 1b Charents Street, Yerevan.

Proposals will be accepted until and including 18 December 2026, from 09:30 to 17:30, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

Regarding the Recalculation of the Total Cost of Credit

Dear customers,

Please be informed that, in accordance with the RA Law "On Consumer Credit", upon early repayment of a loan, one-time and periodic commission fees set by credit agreements and paid by customers are subject to a proportional reduction and return to customers. Regarding consumer loans disbursed by "Gladzor UCO" CJSC starting from 16.08.2019, for which early repayments were made by customers, a recalculation of the total cost of credit is being carried out. As a result, certain amounts of service commission fees will be refunded. The organization is currently implementing comprehensive measures aimed at properly organizing the aforementioned process, which are scheduled for completion by 31.12.2021, and the launch of refund payments is scheduled to begin on 10.01.2022.
